Christian Lange: Christian has over 30 years' experience in the upstream oil & gas industry both in Australia and overseas. Recently, Christian was the founder, CEO & Managing Director of Condor Energy Services, a specialist well intervention and fracture stimulation company in Australia & New Zealand. Christian was an executive at Schlumberger where he spent 18 years in executive and operational management in Australia/NZ, the Middle East, the United Kingdom, Venezuela and the USA. Christian was the Managing Director and CEO of Neptune Marine Services, a company that he developed from a single technology start up, to a company employing over 700 people and operating in the major offshore provinces. Christian holds an MBA from the Curtin Graduate School of Business and is focused on developing domestic capability and resources for the Australian & New Zealand Energy & Resources industries.
Paulo Menezes: Paulo has over 34 years´ experience in the upstream oil & gas industry; 17 years with Schlumberger and 14 years with BP Exploration. Paulo has worked in a variety of different operating environments ranging from Eastern Siberia, North Sea, Asia, South America, North and West Africa. Obsessed with quality and service delivery, Paulo has developed to specialist level in well intervention and stimulation through hydraulic fracturing; design, execution and evaluation on stimulation projects in hard rock, soft rock, CBM and HPHT gas and oil wells. Throughout his assignments, Paulo was recognized among the industry for the commitment towards delivery of quality solutions while engineering well interventions services of Hydraulic Fracturing, Coil Tubing and Well Testing, focusing on resource identification, assessment & delivery of innovations and new technologies. Paulo holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is recognized as ‘expert level’ in hydraulic fracture stimulation design, execution & evaluation.
Kath Lange: Kath has worked in the Upstream Oil and Gas industry for 18 years with both Operators and Service companies as an Engineer and Manager. Kath spent 16 years at ExxonMobil, including working on the Gorgon Project as the Jansz-Io Work Operator Manager and the last 18 months with Condor Energy Services as the Senior Project and Contracts Manager. Kath is a specialist generalist having spent her career working and applying her knowledge to multiple different areas within the industry. This includes offshore facilities, reservoir engineering, health safety and environment (HSE), regulatory compliance, operations, tendering, contracts, joint venture relations and joint venture agreements. Kath completed a Bachelor of Engineering and Commerce from The University of Melbourne.
Peter Jennings: Peter is an experienced Completions and Well Intervention Engineer with over 35 years of experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry. Peter has ‘hands-on’ experience in the field and has held engineering and managerial roles in Australia and overseas, both in E&P and services companies, including Schlumberger, Weatherford, Petro-Canada, Chevron and Dubai Petroleum . Peter has a Masters in Engineering Management and extensive global experience in workover, well intervention, fracture stimulation, coiled tubing and completions operations.
Scott Knoblauch: Scott is an experienced operations and project manager across well intervention and stimulation operations. Recently Scott was the Operations Manager for Condor Energy Services. Scott has a wealth of experience gained in Australia, particularly in the Cooper Basin for Santos where Scott spent 13 years as an Operating Company Supervisor and Completions/Fracture Stimulation Engineer.
Martin Saura: Martin is an experienced Petroleum Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry. Martin has ‘hands-on’ experience in the field and has held engineering and managerial roles across completions, workover, production and well services areas in Australia and overseas, both in E&P and services companies, including Apache Corporation, Pan American Energy (BP) and Condor Energy Services. Martin is highly skilled at providing technical & operational support as well as managing projects with multi-disciplinary teams. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Curtin University.
